KIT - Old and New |

I'm delighted to report that the new kit, which has been generously sponsored by Capricorn Motors of Newbridge Bath (aka Marcus and Tessa - Jordan Harvey's parents), has arrived and is being printed.
Still a number of old kits not returned which means that some of you are going to look right idiots playing in the kit whilst others will have the new kit. AND DON'T FORGET THE SOCKS!

We've once again been invited to the Frome Town Sports 11-a-side pre-season tournament.
I don't yet know if we are morning or afternoon and I can't remember what we were last year because we'll be the opposite of that.

Welton Rovers U18s |

I'm very pleased to announce that Martyn Baber has been appointed the new manager of Welton Rovers U18, which play floodlite football.
As you know Martyn manages our very successful U15 side (to be U16s next season)so he'll be running both teams which is perfect because as each U16 player becomes 16 years of age they'll become eleigible to play for the U18s.
Similarly, during the second half of next season I'll be looking to send U15 players, who I think have earned it, to train with the U18s then our U16 season in 2009/2010, on your 16th birthday you to could dfind yourself playing for the U18s if you're good enough.
So the path is there for players who want to impress to progress.
